Die & Mould: The material is extruded here. By changing different die shapes, various shapes such as spheres, rings, and hearts can be produced. Cutter: A motor-driven blade rotates at high speed on the die surface, cutting the expanded strip into uniform small particles.
Self-cleaning without disassembling
Motor: Provides power and is typically equipped with a frequency converter to precisely control the screw speed.
Gearbox & Distribution Box: This is the core of the twin-screw extruder, distributing the motor's power evenly to the two screws and ensuring they rotate synchronously in the same or opposite directions.
Stable performance and longer using life guaranteed by Top grade gear box and bearings. Automatic lubricating system filtration system and cooling system
Oil Pump Lubrication: Specifically provides lubrication for the gearbox, ensuring the gears do not wear under high-intensity operation. Water cooling of the barrel: prevents the material from overheating and coking during the shearing process, and maintains the optimal expansion temperature zone.
Powerful directly-cutting system with linear side rail, available for high production.
Screws: Consist of two meshing screws. They typically employ a segmented structure, allowing for the combination of conveying, mixing, shearing, and pressurizing components according to different formulations. Barrel: The cavity enclosing the screw, typically equipped with a segmented heating and cooling system (via electric heating coils or water-cooling channels) for precise control of the material's curing temperature at each stage.
