Grinding & Mixing: Meat meal, grains, vitamins, and other raw materials are ground and mixed evenly in proportion.

Pre-conditioning & Extrusion: This is the most crucial step. Through the high temperature and pressure of a twin-screw extruder, the materials undergo physicochemical changes (starch gelatinization, protein denaturation), and are then cut into specific shapes using molds.
